Constructed to cut a lip in the ends of cutting rules for perfect joints and can also be used for straight cutting. Massive chromated all-steel construction. A good power transmission enables it to cut rules up to 4 points thickness without any burr.

The lever position can be changed by means of special tooth system. Turning 2 knurled clearly marked knobs enables a stepless adjustment to be made for the different thicknesses of rules. The machine is equipped with a vernier gage.
